Add an Event Form

The District 8 web policy allows for including all fellowship and service events serving A.A.’s primary purpose and governed by an informed group conscience.

To add an event to the calendar, you should be the individual designated by the host group/committee to publicize events, such as a Group’s GSR or Secretary, the Intergroup Secretary, a District or Area officer, or the individual selected to spread the word for your fellowship event or service opportunity. Otherwise, please include the contact information for that individual so that we may follow up with any questions and for permission prior to posting the event on the District 8 website.

Whenever possible, please include a flyer with all pertinent information as well as links to any external websites for information and/or registration.

Upload & Submit

If you want to upload a pdf flyer or Word® document with complete information, we can add that as a page on the website and provide a link to it from the Events calendar. If you also provide artwork suitable for a banner (1050px X 350px jpg or png), we may add a front page banner with click-thru to the event page.
