Add an Event Form

You should be the individual designated by your group to add an event to the calendar, such as a Group’s GSR or Secretary, the Intergroup Secretary, a District or Area officer, or the individual selected to spread the word for your fellowship event or service opportunity. All others who wish to submit events for inclusion on the calendar should wherever possible include the contact information for that event so that we may follow up with any questions and for permission prior to posting an event on the District 8 website.

Wherever possible, please include a flyer with all pertinent information on the event, as well as links to any external websites for information and/or registration.

Full contact information is required on the submission form. This information will not be published. It is only so we may contact you with any questions.

Upload & Submit:
If you want to upload a flyer or a Word document with complete information, we can add that as a page on the website and provide a link to it from the Events Calendar. If you also provide artwork suitable for a banner (1050px x 350px), we may add a front page banner with click-thru to the event page.
